A Simple DocuSign Alternative for the EU

Most e-signature tools are built for businesses sending hundreds of documents a month — with accounts, subscriptions, and dashboards. If you just need to sign one PDF with one other person, that’s a lot of overhead.

DigiSig is the simple alternative: free, no account, and privacy-first.

What’s different

  • No signup. Open the page, upload your PDF, sign. No account to create, no app to install.
  • Free for everyday signing. Sign and download your signed PDF at no cost. An optional certified copy with an independently verifiable timestamp is available for a small one-off fee.
  • Private by design. Your document is encrypted on your device before anything is uploaded. We never receive the key, so we can’t read your document — unlike services that store your files in readable form.
  • Built in the EU. Operated from Croatia, GDPR-first, with data kept in the EU.
  • eIDAS-aligned. Signatures are valid electronic signatures under eIDAS, with a tamper-evident audit trail.

How it compares for a simple two-party signature

When a bigger platform makes sense

If you send many documents a month, need templates, team management, or qualified (QES) signatures with identity verification, a full platform may suit you better. DigiSig focuses on doing the simple two-party case really well.

What it doesn’t do (yet)

DigiSig is intentionally minimal. It does not offer bulk sending, team accounts, or qualified electronic signatures. For everyday agreements between two people, that’s exactly the point.

Try it now — sign a document in two minutes, free and private.
