This bill of sale records the transfer between:

1. Item. The seller sells the following item to the buyer:

2. Price. The buyer pays €________, received by the seller in full on the date of signing (or: deposit €______, balance due ____________).
3. Transfer. Ownership passes to the buyer on receipt of full payment. The seller confirms they own the item and that it is free of any debts or claims.
4. “As is”. Unless stated otherwise in writing, the item is sold as-is, with no warranty beyond what the law requires.
5. Signatures. Both parties confirm the details above are correct and agree to the sale.
