This agreement is made between:

1. Services. The freelancer will provide: ________________________.

4. Expenses. Pre-approved expenses will be reimbursed against receipts.
5. Intellectual property. On full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client. The freelancer keeps the right to display the work in their portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential.
7. Independent contractor. The freelancer is an independent contractor, responsible for their own taxes and contributions.
8. Termination. Either party may end this agreement with ____ days’ written notice; the client pays for work completed to that point.
